INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
There are three ways of participation in the conference and
their registration fees to the conference are different. Please be noted that the payment of registration fee of author
and presenter only are based on the fact that their papers or
abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.
For delegates who are interested in attending the conference
with no publication and presentation, please directly register

Note
• The maximum of 12 pages applies to all paper submissions, and authors
can decide to submit less than 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and
references.
Extra pages will be charged.
• One regular registration with one or more additional papers
get only one proceeding.
• For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such
as Iran, please pay Euros
• You can pay the fee by VISA/Master Card or by Bank Transfer
(please pay extra 30 USD as the handling fee when you pay the
registration via Bank Transfer)
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 30% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretary.
No Show
In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).
Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to personal reason. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
Force Majeure
The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, Informatics action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

As the conference area is public, in order to make sure the conference can go smoothly and protect everyone's safety to a certain extent; every author is kindly request to pay attention to the below point:Name Tag Policy
The participants must wear the conference name tag to enter the conference areas during the entire conference. Individuals not wearing it will be denied entry.Comply with local laws and regulations
All legal responsibilities and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participants’ activities during the event shall be borne by the participants themselves.Pay attention to personal and property safety
Participants should take care of their belongings at all times. All losses related to personal property will not be the responsibility of the event organizers and associations.
