Registration Guideline


There are three ways of participation in the conference and their registration fees to the conference are different:

▪ Author (publication and presentation),
▪ Presenter Only (presentation only with no publication),
▪ Listener (no publication and presentation).

Please be noted that the payment of registration fee of author and presenter only are based on the fact that their papers or abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.

For listeners who are interested in attending the conference with no publication and presentation, please directly register via the

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, Online/Video Presentation are acceptable on the conference. There is special rate for Online/Video Presentation.

*Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
*The additional paper discount will be offered for those who should be the same first author only.
*When a paper exceeds 10 pages, additional pages will be chargeable.
*Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
*Accompanying person needs to register as a listener to attend the conference.
*Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference.
*For listener only, It's better to prepare the cash in advance if you choose to register onsite.

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
60 days ahead of the conference: Full refund but 30 USD service fee is excluded
45 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretary.

When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot.Please offer the right receipt information when you do the registration. If not, we will consider the invoice receiver as your organization by default.

If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage)

As the conference area is public, in order to make sure the conference can go smoothly and protect everyone's safety to a certain extent; every author is kindly request to pay attention to the below point:

Wear the name tag.(请佩戴代表牌)
- The participants must wear the conference name tag to enter the conference areas during the entire conference. Individuals not wearing it will be denied entry.

Apply for accompanying relatives(请提前为亲属申请)
-- Participants are not allowed to bring their associates or families into the conference areas. If you wish to bring someone, please inform the conference person in charge in advance to obtain a special name tag for whatever event like presentations, breaks or meals.

Comply with local laws and regulations(遵守当地法律法规)
All legal responsibilities and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participants’ activities during the event shall be borne by the participants themselves.

Pay attention to personal and property safety(注意人身和财产安全)
Participants should take care of their belongings at all times. All losses related to personal property will not be the responsibility of the event organizers and associations.
